QUARRY PARK RULES
All deep water aqua park access and rentals require the use of our lifejackets, no open water swimming or cliff diving is allowed.
All activities are at your own risk – this is not a guarded site, beach monitors will be observing activities but parents are responsible for your children.
No watercraft ie- kayaks, boats, sup's or inflatables are allowed to be brought in, rentals are not allowed in swim zone.
Proper swim attire must be worn at all times — no denim, cut-offs, sweats, cargo shorts, or any type of street wear will be allowed in the Water Sport Park.
Participants using the Water Sport Park are required to wear Quarry Park approved life-vest at all times (entering the play area, during use and exiting).
For safety reasons, no flipping, diving, jumping, pushing, or somersaults allowed off the inflatables.
Children under 10 years of age MUST be accompanied by a responsible person 16 years or older.
All participants must sign the waiver for admission into the park. Children attending park must have a waiver on file from a parent.
For safety reasons, there is a maximum of 50 participants allowed on the inflatables per time slot.
Quarry Beach is family destination and rules/regulations are designed to provide a safe friendly environment, please let staff know how we can assist with your Quarry beach experience.
Participants using the Water Sport Park are required to wear Quarry Park approved life-vest at all times (entering the play area, during use and exiting) entry (for that day) into the park and use of the Water Sport Park (as purchased).
Swim diapers are required for children that are not potty trained.
Guests are to demonstrate “family environment” behavior and language.
Quarry Beach is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Rain Check – Quarry Beach staff can not control the weather, however when needed (determined by staff) the beach and sport park may be closed (poor weather, etc.) — any customers who have been at the park for 30 minutes or less (from time of entry) will be issued a “Return for more fun” pass.
Flotation devices ie- waterwings, noodles, small items are only allowed in the shallow area.
Wisconsin Statutes 895.525 (3) & (4) States: … A participant in a recreational activity … accepts the risk inherent in the recreational activity of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware. A participant in recreational activity … is responsible to do all the the following:
Act within the limits of his or her ability
Heed all warnings regarding participation in the recreational activity
Maintain control of his or her person and equipment devices or animals the person is using while participating in the recreational activity
Refrain from acting in any manner that cause or contribute to injury to himself or herself or to other persons while participating in the recreational activity
A violation of this law constitutes negligence. Wisconsin State Statutes 895.525 (3) & (4)
