GENERAL INFORMATION
Notice you must be 6 years of age, a good swimmer, and over 45" tall to go on the aqua park. Book your session online and fill out and sign the waiver before arriving to the park. Proper ID is required to verify the waiver. Arrive 20 minutes before your session for check in and instruction. Walk-ins are accepted but spaces can fill up quickly on busy days and for safety we limit park to 65 people per session.
All deep water aqua park access and rentals require the use of a lifejacket. No open water swimming or cliff diving is allowed.
All activities are at your own risk – this is not a guarded site, beach monitors will be observing activities but parents are responsible for their children.
No watercraft ie- kayaks, boats, SUPs or inflatables are allowed to be brought in. Quarry rentals are not allowed in swim zone.
Carry ins allowed but no glass, grills, or alcohol! Please carry out what you bring in to help keep our beach clean.
For safety reasons, a maximum of 70 participants are allowed on the aquapark per session. Booking ahead is recommended to reserve your spot!
The Quarry Beach is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Items may be given to the front desk for safekeeping during your visit.
Rain Check – Quarry Beach staff can not control the weather, however when needed (determined by staff), the beach and aqua park may be closed for poor weather or other circumstances. Any customers who have been at the park for less than half of their session will be issued a “Return for more fun” pass or a refund.
QUARRY PARK RULES
The Sheboygan Quarry Beach is family destination and rules/regulations are designed to provide a safe and friendly environment for all participants. Negligence to follow the rules will result in 2 warnings followed by being expelled from the park on the 3rd infraction. Should you have any questions or concerns, please let staff know how we can assist with your Quarry Beach experience.
Proper swim attire must be worn at all times on the aquapark.
Participants using the aquapark are required to wear a Coast Guard approved life-vest at all times (entering the play area, during use and exiting).
Children under 10 years of age MUST be accompanied by a responsible person 16 years or older.
All participants must sign the waiver for admission into the park. Children attending park must have a waiver on file from a parent.
Swim diapers are required for children that are not potty trained.
Guests are to demonstrate “family environment” behavior and language.
Flotation devices (floaties, noodles, small items, etc.) are only allowed in the shallow area.
Wisconsin Statutes 895.525 (3) & (4) States: … A participant in a recreational activity … accepts the risk inherent in the recreational activity of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware. A participant in recreational activity … is responsible to do all the the following:
Act within the limits of his or her ability
Heed all warnings regarding participation in the recreational activity
Maintain control of his or her person and equipment devices or animals the person is using while participating in the recreational activity
Refrain from acting in any manner that cause or contribute to injury to himself or herself or to other persons while participating in the recreational activity
A violation of this law constitutes negligence. Wisconsin State Statutes 895.525 (3) & (4)
